- Personal Scope, Contracting Party
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contractual relationships of Authentic Klein GmbH, Imberger Str. 17, 87527 Sonthofen, with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), which are concluded through our online shop.
A consumer within the meaning of Section 13 BGB is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

- Material Scope, Ordering Process
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.
The presentation of our products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A legally binding order is only placed when you order goods that you have placed in the shopping cart of our online shop at the end of the ordering process with an obligation to pay.
The confirmation of receipt of the order does not yet constitute acceptance by us, but merely confirms receipt of the order in our electronic mailbox. Acceptance of the order takes place either by a separate express declaration or by dispatching the goods.
We are free to accept and fulfill the order or to reject it.
- Geographical Scope, Shipping, Shipping Costs
These Terms and Conditions apply worldwide.
Shipping takes place within two to four business days after receipt of the purchase price in our business account.
All prices stated in our online shop are exclusive of shipping costs. These are expressly stated with the price information and are calculated as follows:
Germany: Free shipping applies from an order value of €40.00. Below this amount, shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.95, plus any applicable island surcharge of €12.00.
Austria: Shipping costs for delivery to Austria are a flat rate of €9.95.
Netherlands: Shipping costs for delivery to the Netherlands are a flat rate of €9.95, plus any applicable island surcharge of €12.00.
Switzerland: Shipping costs for delivery to Switzerland are a flat rate of €29.95. For deliveries to Switzerland, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which may increase the final price.
- Payment, Retention of Title
We offer our customers the following payment options:
Credit card: We process the payment directly with the credit card institution.
PayPal: If you choose payment via the online payment service PayPal, you must have registered there beforehand or have guest access.
Advance payment: Delivery takes place after receipt of the payment amount in our business account.
Cash payment: Of course, if you collect the purchased goods personally from our sales location at Imberger Str. 17, 87527 Sonthofen, you may also pay for them in cash.
All goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
- Transfer of Risk, Liability
We hand over all goods to the shipping companies commissioned by us in perfect condition and properly packaged.
However, if transport damage is visible upon arrival, we ask you to report it to the transport company as soon as possible and inform us accordingly.
Please note that claims for compensation against the transport company may be excluded if such immediate notification is not made.
Otherwise, we assume liability for any defects in accordance with the statutory provisions.
- Applicable Law, Place of Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all contractual relationships.
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be our company headquarters in 87527 Sonthofen, Germany.

The EU Commission will provide an internet platform for online dispute resolution, known as the “ODR platform,” in the first quarter of 2016.
The ODR platform is intended to serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts.

My Authentic Size (www.myauthenticsize.de) is a website belonging to Authentic Klein GmbH and was developed to provide customers with convenient guidance within our extensive sizing system.
In our online shop, we offer sportswear in plus sizes up to 10XL, petite sizes, as well as large sizes for women and men.
Authentic Klein owns and operates Authentic Size as part of its brand portfolio.
