a) Cancellation Declaration
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier of the goods, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform:

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model cancellation form provided below under section d), but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
b) Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the low-cost standard delivery offered by us.
The reimbursement shall be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
c) Exceptions from the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to distance contracts:
- For the delivery of goods that are made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, or which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, can spoil quickly, or whose expiry date has passed.
- For the delivery of goods in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed and the goods are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
